Event Name: Open Art Dialogue and Discussion on the topic “Importance of Drawing in Painting.”

We are excited to inform you that the Hampi Art Village is hosting its first art event and seminar. There will be over 25 artists from various domains who will participate in this event. The purpose of this art event is to gather and exchange insights on the subject of drawing as a skill in painting. We are also proud to announce that the international award-winning senior artist, Mr. MS Murthy, ex-chairman of Lalit Kala Akademi, Bangalore, is going to be the Chief Guest and speaker for this art event. This art seminar will be the first of its kind in the Hampi region and will be followed by three more events on the subjects of Color, Space, and Composition, hence making this 4-part event a successful discussion for Painting as a whole subject.

Purpose and Goal of this Art Event

Engaging in art talks and participating in workshops play a pivotal role in cultivating creativity, thus helping individuals who are passionate about learning art. Art events and workshops can create a distinctive space where aspiring artists can actively participate in conversations with fellow enthusiasts and accomplished creators. Within the realm of Indian artists, such gatherings become a melting pot of cultural influences and diverse perspectives.

Furthermore, art workshops provide structured environments conducive to hands-on experiences in drawing and painting, facilitating skill development and nurturing a sense of community among learners. As artists converse during these workshops, they not only share techniques but also delve into varied artistic styles and historical contexts. This exchange proves particularly enriching for those eager to explore the realm of Indian art, offering insights into the unique expressions of creativity within the cultural tapestry.

In conclusion, by combining art talks with hands-on learning in workshops, an immersive environment is created. This synergy fuels innovation and promotes a deeper understanding of artistry, fostering a holistic approach to artistic development.
